Vacuum Assisted Manure Scrapper Unit

The Manure Scrapper arms can be easily adjusted to accommodate alleys of different widths and constructions. The scraped manure/sludge is sucked into an MS tank. Once filled this tank can be towed to the dumping site and emptied through a slurry valve. The tank can be hydraulically tilted to an angle of 45 degrees which ensures complete manure/sludge discharge. The rear dish end too can be opened for periodic cleaning of the tank. After use, the unit can be easily detached from the tractor leaving it free for other applications. The rubber walls clean the manure edge to edge in one pass.

7.  Quick Unloading: The manure tank has a 45 Degree Hydraulic Tipping and full rear dish end opening mechanism, therefore, allowing quick discharge/unloading. Precise unloading and manure spreading functionality can be achieved through positive pressure from the Vacuum Pump.
